ICDH 2024 Workshop on Innovations in Digital Health

The IEEE International Conference on Digital Health (ICDH) 2024 is pleased to announce a workshop focused on cutting-edge innovations in digital health. This workshop aims to provide a platform for researchers, industry practitioners, and healthcare professionals to share their early-stage research and development results in various areas of digital health, expanding beyond the main conference theme.

We invite submissions on a wide range of topics related to digital health innovations, including but not limited to:

  • AI and machine learning applications in healthcare
  • Robotics and human-robot interactions in healthcare settings
  • Innovative sensing technologies for health monitoring
  • Digital health solutions for aging populations and cognitive impairments
  • Emerging technologies in telemedicine and personalized medicine
  • IoT, wearables, and sensor-based healthcare applications
  • Advanced methodologies for health data analysis and visualization
  • Ethical, privacy, and user-centered design considerations in digital health

This workshop adopts an open call for papers (CFP) approach. Authors who receive paper submission invitations can indicate the name of the inviter on their title pages. Workshop leaders are allowed to be co-authors of the submissions.

We have already invited papers on topics such as millimeter-wave technology for breathing monitoring, human-robot interactions for assessing quality of life in older adults, physical functioning assessments for detecting cognitive impairments, and AI-based disease risk screening. These papers exemplify the kind of innovative research we hope to showcase in this workshop.

Authors are encouraged to submit original, unpublished research papers. Submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be presented during the workshop and included in the ICDH 2024 Workshop Proceedings.
